Your privacy is important to WNC Shuttle.  It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, wncshuttle.com, and any other websites we may operate in the future.  Our Privacy Policy is incorporated in this agreement and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We use the information you provide to secure your reservation and disclose your reservation information to Drivers providing transportation services.  We ask for personal information only when we truly need it to provide a service to you.  We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.  We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you by email about important functionality changes to our websites, new WNC Shuttle services, and special offers we think you’ll find valuable, and routine communications.  In the event you do not want to receive these communications, you may send an email to justin@WNCShuttle.com with the subject line: Opt-Out.  You may also opt out by replying to any of the communications that we send you.

We retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.  What data we store, we protect with a commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

WNC Shuttle may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of our website(s), Principals, Drivers, or Staff.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us.  Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In order to utilize our online booking system, our system requires input of information such as your name, phone number, and email address.  We also collect your credit card information to process payment.  We do not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute any of your personal identifying information to unauthorized third parties.

We use Google Analytics’ third-party audience data such as age, gender, location, and interests to better understanding the behavior of our website users and customers in order to provide targeted services. 

Google may also use automated technologies to collect information when you click on our ads, when applicable, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

WHAT WE DO WITH INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

Personal data is collected to facilitate the online booking process as well as to ensure efficient processes each time a customer logs on.  Information such as name, addresses, phone numbers, email address, and credit card data are stored so that you will not have to re-enter the data again.  We do not sell or rent any of your personal identifying information to third parties.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Our entire website is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted and secured.  We contract with well-known and established third party booking and payment processing services that are skilled at securing information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.  Your information is secured on computer servers in a controlled, secured environment, protected from unauthorized access or use.  When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted, it is protected through the use of SSL encryption protocol.
