Let’s face it, air travel can be stressful. The last thing you should worry about is being late for your flight or wondering if your ride will be waiting for you when you land. When your travel brings you to Western North Carolina, you can rest easy in knowing that WNC Shuttle will be waiting for you at the airport to safely transport you wherever your travels take you.
For inbound travel we monitor flight arrivals and always arrive early for pickups so you know you’ll never be waiting on us. When you land, you’ll receive a text letting you know that your ride is available and to coordinate pickup details.
Your driver will pick you up conveniently at the curb and will load your luggage into the vehicle before whisking you away in comfort and style to your final destination.
Need to catch a flight?
We service all major airports, including Asheville Regional Airport and Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
We start working for you even before we pick you up!
We track outbound flights and if the system shows a flight delay, we’ll contact you to see if you’d like to delay your pickup. Because who likes to spend extra time at the airport, right?
At pickup, we arrive 5-10 minutes early so you’re never waiting on us. Upon arrival, your driver will text you from the vehicle to let you know that your ride is available at your convenience. We don’t charge you for this time.
When you’re ready, your driver will load up the vehicle and remind you to check that you’re not forgetting any important items before leaving.
To ensure a smooth, timely ride to the airport, we monitor traffic conditions along the preferred route. In the event of an unexpected backup, your driver knows alternate routes and can often bypass the incident and get you to your flight on time.
Upon your safe arrival at the airport, your driver will unload your bags conveniently at the curb and remind you to check for any personal belongings that you might have left in the vehicle.
